3. When can vendors drop freight at the Berrinba (QLD) head office?

General Freight: Monday–Friday, 7:30 am – 5:00 pm (QLD time)

Temperature-Controlled or Oversize: Contact our Operations Team at 1300 904 151 to book an allocated slot.

4. What time do regional services depart your Brisbane depots?

Our Regional Dispatch Schedule is updated weekly. Contact us at enquiries@carrollgroupaus.com or call 1300 904 151 for current departure details.

5. How is back-freight managed from regional branches?

Backloading is organised on a case-by-case basis. Please contact the relevant branch directly via enquiries@carrollgroupaus.com and we’ll connect you with the right team.

6. How do I get a quote or make a booking?

- Fill out the “Get a Quote” form on our homepage or email enquiries@carrollgroupaus.com.

- Once the quote is confirmed, we’ll issue labels and schedule your freight.
