Carroll Group Australia was founded by Troy Carroll in 2017, born from a clear vision: to deliver a transport and logistics service that genuinely prioritised safety, reliability and doing things the right way, every time.

With over 25 years of hands-on experience in the industry, Troy had seen it all. He had worked across major transport operations, from general freight to large-scale projects in the oil & gas and mining sectors. Over time, he became increasingly aware of the gap between what customers needed and what the industry often delivered, particularly around compliance, safety culture and consistency of service.

Troy saw an opportunity to build something better.

He established Carroll Group Australia with the goal of creating a logistics partner that clients could truly trust. One that combined big-business capability with small-business care. A company that wouldn’t just talk about safety but would embed it into every process, every shift and every delivery. A team that would show up, own their work and back their people.

Starting with just a handful of trucks and a close-knit team, CGA quickly earned a reputation for its reliability, no-nonsense approach and ability to solve complex transport challenges. Especially for clients in the mining, heavy industrial, construction and energy sectors. The company’s rapid growth has been driven by word of mouth, long-term relationships and a values-first approach that’s never compromised.

Today, Carroll Group Australia operates across Queensland, South Australia and beyond. Supporting critical industries with logistics solutions that are safe, scalable and smart.
